The correct angle is dependent upon which part of the swing you want to analyze, but it is not practical to continually change the position of the camera to analyze every part of the swing.
Generally accepted correct camera angle
Behind
The camera should be positioned waist high
Pointed directly through the hands
Parallel to the ball to target line
It is the center of the swing from behind
Front
The camera should be positioned waist high
Pointed directly at the middle of the body
90 degree angle to the body
It is the center of the swing from the front
The image must be steady - use a tripod
