Here is a simple key for anybody who feels that they’re inconsistent, particularly with their ball striking. What I want you to do at address, is I want you to feel like you just sit into your glutes a little bit. So you almost have activated your glutes at set up. You feel very stable in the middle of your body. And then simply, this feeling of stability at address, I want you to keep that throughout the swing. Being stable on your glutes, keeping them switched on, during the swing, can really help you maintain your balance, help you maintain your posture throughout the swing, and help improve your consistency of contact.
